AI Usage & Transparency Disclosure --- ###### Version: 1.5 ###### Terms of Service ###### Purpose: Public Disclosure - Last Updated: May 19th, 2026 ###### The purpose of this document is to provide full transparency on how A.I. is—and is not—used for Angershade & The Corruptive and aims to remain free of opinion of rejection or adoption of A.I. technology. Disclosure is split into two categories, one relating to the production and composition of music, and the other as it pertains to everything NOT music. --- 1. WEB DEVELOPEMENT, SOCIAL MEDIA, ADMINISTRATIVE ###### Usage Level: High Application: In this area, A.I. is used heavily. All web presence (except for direct chat) is A.I. generated and maintained.
Tools & Process: Yegge.com, Angershade.com, & TheCorruptive.com are built using Claude Code & Gemini to develop, design, and deploy with tools such as Github & Cloudflare pages, R2 Data Storage, and D1 Databases. This frees up time to devote to creating music. A.I. is also utilized in all administrative tasks possible.

Usage Level: minimal
Application: I utilize AI for technical audio tasks like stem separation, noise reduction, and mastering passes.<br>##### Creative Policy: <br>When creative progress stalls, services like Suno and Udio and others are approached to serve only as consultants to expand on already developed ideas. <br>Think of the A.I. as a studio producer merely suggesting a direction—all final execution is entirely up to the human artists and is in fact preformed by human artists as specified.
The "Human-in-the-Loop" Commitment No Automated Publishing: No content (code, text, or music) is ever published or delivered to a server directly from an AI output without significant human intervention.
Posts, Articles, Legal Documents, Administrative Policies Fact-Checking: I manually verify all facts, citations, and data points generated by AI against primary sources.
Editorial Control: Since I am not a writer, content for websites and social media is initially drafted by me, then polished by A.I.
Music A.I. Enhanced: The usage of A.I. as a human substitute in any and all areas is prohibited, especially in the area of music composition, preformance, production & engineering. Enhancing for the sole purpose of improving and speeding up the workflow and improving overall the production is welcomed.
Ethics, Privacy & Intellectual Property I adhere to the following ethical guidelines to protect the artist community and collaborators:
Data Privacy: I do not clone voices or train A.I. data models on collaborative projects without express written permission and a specific usage document.
Respect for IP: I preserve the intellectual property rights of others. I do not use AI to replicate the style or likeness of other artists without authorization. Because my projects reject AI-generated content within the final product, replication does not occur. Should it ever happen, it will be explicitly noted in each individual track's A.I. Disclosure *moving forward.
Accountability: I take full professional and legal responsibility for all work produced under my name & the psydonymns with which I distribute content.

Workflow Audits: Audits of my workflow can be arranged upon request, subject to upcoming guidelines currently in development.
